Gowns For Grads was founded by parents who believe that no student should miss their senior graduation due to inability to pay.

As parents it was disheartening to see students forfeit graduation due to lack of resources. Graduation signifies the beginning of adulthood. It molds students into who they want to be. Acknowledging their achievements and seeing the benefits of their hard work helps propel them toward future success.

As we talked with local high schools we learned the need was far greater than we thought. Not only was the cost of the cap and gowns a barrier, but we also learned that students couldn’t afford yearbooks, senior photos, and one school hasn’t been able to host grad night in years due to cost.

You can make senior graduation special and memorable for ALL students. Your donations will assist Gowns For Grads in providing caps, gowns, tassels, stoles, senior photos, and yearbooks to students who are unable to purchase these items on their own. Additionally, your donations will allow Gowns For Grads to replenish loaner cap & gown programs and fund senior activities such as grad night.

Gowns For Grads is a non-profit corporation registered with the State of Washington. We are fiscally sponsored by New Connections of South King County. All donations are tax deductible.
